Return Policy- Clearance, Personalized and holiday/special occasion items are not returnable or refundable. All other items must be returned in their original condition within 7 business days for refund minus shipping fees. Items after the 7 day period may be returned up to 30 business days for store credit. No exceptions.
Payment Information- I accept all major credit cards securely through the site and I also accept google checkout and paypal.
Shipping- Flat Rate Shipping of $4.00 and each additional item is 50 cents.
International Shipping- Flat Rate of 5.00 and each additional item is 75 cents.
If shipping to Texas sales tax will apply.
All items are shipped via USPS by either first class or parcel post. If you would like priority just select the option under shipping upgrades and I will make sure it is shipped priority. Also, if you want insurance and a tracking number you can select those options as well. Orders over $20 will automatically receive a tracking number. I am not responsible for packages once they are dropped off at the post office.
If you are in the San Antonio area and would like me to drop off your purchase to you please contact me at sanchez.908@hotmail.com to make arrangements. When checking out just select the pick up option to avoid any shipping fees.
